Easy-to-install pipe insulation products
Cello® pipe insulation products are made from oil- and water-repellent polyester non-woven (mottled dark-grey). The outer surface is laminated with aluminum foil or polyester film.
Cello® Pipe products are the perfect solution for all applications requiring highly effective, robust and durable materials. They serve a double purpose: thermal insulation plus mechanical protection of pipes and ducts in utility vehicles, rolling stock, air conditioning and ventilation systems, industrial production lines and much more.

Cello® PIPE 800 HO ALG-04
Pipe insulation made from oil- and water-repellent polyester non-woven, laminated with aluminum foil. Cello® PIPE 800 HO ALG-04 scores with robust and durable materials and the heat-reflecting effect of the aluminum surface layer. Special advantage: This product meets all requirements of EN 45545-2: R1, HL-3, which makes it suitable for use in rail vehicles.
Cello® PIPE 800 HO 91-02
Pipe insulation product made from oil- and water-repellent polyester non-woven, laminated with black polyester film. Cello® PIPE 800 HO 91-02 scores with its high overall durability and a very robust, yet highly elastic film surface... The product fulfils the requirements of ECE R-118, Appendices 6 and 8, which makes it the material of choice for buses.
Cello® PIPE 800 HO 95
Pipe insulation product made from oil- and water-repellent polyester non-woven, laminated with aluminized polyester film. Cello® PIPE 800 HO 95 scores with a high degree of robustness and durability and the heat-reflecting effect of the aluminized polyester film. The product fulfils the requirements of ECE R-118, Appendices 6, 7 and 8, which makes it an excellent choice for use in buses.
