1963 | Founded under the name of Cellofoam Deutschland GmbH |
1976 | Cellofoam buys a hot-embossing machine and extends its business activities to include “technical noise control” |
1980 | Relocation to the newly built production hall on Freiburger Strasse in Biberach |
1984-90 | Several expansion projects at the new site increase the available surface for production and storage to 8,000 m², plus office space |
1997 | Management buyout by the two general managers: Helmut Rehlen and Jürgen Roellinghoff |
2002 | Jörg Roellinghoff buys the company shares held by Helmut Rehlen |
2004 | Foundation of a Cellofoam subsidiary in Turkey |
2006 | Additional production and storage hall (4,400 m²) built at the Biberach headquarters |
Installation of a profile cutting machine for producing a wide range of profiles; purchase of a new 3D water-jet cutting machine | |
2007 | Start of the new business activity “non-woven molding” |
Cellofoam workforce exceeds 100 | |
